Job summary

HDR is seeking a Structural EIT/Coordinator in Bellevue, WA to contribute to building engineering projects across data centers and commercial environments. You will conduct analyses, prepare cost estimates, and assist with specifications while collaborating with a team of engineers.

The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree and an EIT certificate, with a Master’s preferred for design codes. You’ll work on multiple projects, grow within an employee-owned culture, and help shape

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• EIT certificate required; if not, career progression via Design Coordinator path.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred (design codes knowledge).
• Experience with AutoCAD, RISA, Staad, SAP, ETABS, RAM, SAFE or similar is expected.
• Active participation in HDR's employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses to develop design options or recommendations and assist in cost estimates and specifications for structural projects.
• Perform routine engineering assignments using standard techniques and procedures.
• Work independently on small projects or assist senior engineers on larger projects.
• Provide direction to clerical and technical personnel as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
