Parkhill is seeking an Engineer-in-Training to join our Texas-based team. This full-time, exempt role supports design through construction on architectural and structural projects, with Revit/BIM and field observations as part of the learning curve.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers and project teams across phases, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to client service while advancing toward professional licensure and broader responsibilities within Parkhill's diverse practice.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in civil or architectural engineering.
• EIT certification or eligibility within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with Revit/BIM preferred and knowledge of structural analysis programs.
• Strong communication with clients and team members.
• Ability to adapt to project challenges and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in engineering from design through construction on architectural and structural projects.
• Prepare engineering documents accurately for routine projects.
• Use Revit and related tools to prepare design assignments.
• Collaborate with team on design specs and timelines.
• Conduct field observations when needed under supervision.
• Support development of compliance programs for clients.
