Job summary

SolveNow Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Intermediate Level Structural Designer to contribute to the design team by developing concepts and producing 2D and 3D deliverables for advanced technology manufacturing environments.

You will build structural models in Revit, create complete drawings for the project scope, and manage your workload independently while following department and client standards, with opportunities for growth through evolving automation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D structural models based on verbal instructions or rough sketches.

The Structural Designer must demonstrate the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of this role at the level described above. Location: This position is hybrid and requires you to live within 50 miles of the company's electronics office in Tempe, AZ. You will be expected to work in the office at least two days per week.

Your responsibilities will include producing complete sets of structural plans and details that reflect the project's scope and comply with both department and client standards. You are expected to manage your own workload independently within the assigned scope, take ownership of your work, uphold your commitments, and maintain strong attention to detail. You will support coordination efforts and contribute to team execution within a defined scope, with opportunities for growth based on your performance, capability, and initiative.
