Qualifications

• Typically has 3–6 years of progressive design experience or equivalent; 2 years minimum required.
• Broad computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, CADworx Structure.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex foundation and steel designs to fit project needs using pre-developed tools with limited direction from senior staff.
• Assist with and review drawings of less experienced designers, marking up for functional design.
• Perform complex 3D modeling using pre-developed tools with limited direction.
• Independently lead structural design portions of mid-sized projects or multiple small projects.
• Coordinate with other design teams to ensure flow of information between engineering disciplines.
• Organize and prepare drawings for delivery, maintaining security and confidentiality.
