Progress Container, a TRG company and affiliate of Schwarz Partners, is currently seeking a Structural Designer to support our Winder, GA facility. The Structural Designer will develop conceptual and structural solutions for customer-specific projects in the P.O.P Display & retail markets.

The Royal Group's mission is to provide value-added solutions to demanding customers.

Essential Duties

• Utilize knowledge & expertise to collaborate directly with customers and/or sales during the conceptual phase.
• Develop concepts and produce fully finished CAD drawings for the complete scope of display delivery.
• Coordinate with production & fulfillment teams to revise projects for optimal efficiency.
• Make recommendations to enhance sales, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Support team members with mockups, sample cutting, and general lab duties as needed.
• Occasionally accompany sales representatives to present new products or designs to customers or prospects.
• Assist with production art when required.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and all relevant laws and regulations.

Required Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; five years of drafting or related experience.

Preferred Education & Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree; five years of experience in corrugated design.

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to connect 2D & 3D design concepts.
• Proficiency with standard industry software such as Artios, Adobe, and Microsoft Office; preferred.
