Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a Structural Designer in Orlando, FL with up to 4 years of experience to join our team. The role focuses on designing, analyzing, and detailing structural systems using steel, concrete, masonry, and wood, while developing construction documents with AutoCAD and RISA tools.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Structural Engineering degree (Master's preferred), CWI or E.I.T. certification, and practical knowledge of RISA Suite and related software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Up to 4 years of structural engineering or design experience (wireless/telecommunications experience a plus).
• E.I.T. certification or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, and wood structures.
• Experience with the RISA Suite (RISA-3D, RISA Foundation, RISA Connection).
• Experience with AutoCAD; familiarity with tnxTower, Enercalc, L-Pile, and Excel is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident; visa sponsorship is not available.

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a Structural Designer with up to 4 years of experience to join our Orlando, Florida office. Experience in wireless/telecommunications structures is a plus but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain experience designing a wide variety of structures while working alongside experienced structural engineers.
