Job summary

Larson Engineering, Inc. invites an experienced structural engineer to grow our Scottsdale, Arizona structural department.

The role requires five or more years of experience, strong communication, and a self-starting attitude to lead projects in a hybrid work setting. The ideal candidate is licensed as a Professional Engineer, proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, and capable of mentoring staff while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• MS Office experience (Word and Excel).
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Structural Department in our Scottsdale, Arizona office.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to deliver high-quality projects.
• Manage people and project performance to meet deadlines and budgets.
