Mi-Tech Services Inc. is seeking a structural engineer to design temporary and permanent structures for utility, infrastructure and heavy civil projects. You will develop calculation submittals, aid in design and shop drawings, and support pursuits and bids through preliminary evaluations and analyses.

You will collaborate with design and field teams, assist senior engineers, and adapt to a fast-changing environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety.

Qualificações

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and have 0 to 2 years minimum of experience in the design of temporary works, heavy civil, or infrastructure projects.
• Masters degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures preferred.
• Successful completion of the FE exam
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Mathcad, AutoCAD, and Finite Element Analysis.
• Previous construction field experience is a plus.
• Candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a quickly changing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication are required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team

Responsabilidades

• Develop calculation submittals and design shop drawings for temporary and permanent structures.
• Support project pursuits and bids through preliminary evaluations and analyses.
• Assist other engineers and coordinate with design and field teams.
• Provide support to senior engineers with any other assigned duties.
