Job summary

Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP is seeking a CADD Designer for their Bridge design group in Richmond, VA. The role requires 5–10 years of experience and proficiency with MicroStation.

The team values independent work and teamwork, flexibility in assignments, and a strong background in transportation project design. A pref­erence is given to candidates with related degrees and state project doc experience.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience required.
• High School diploma or State Equivalency Certificate required.
• Technical Certification or Associate/Bachelor degree preferred.
• Experience with MicroStation required.
• Experience with OpenRoads/OpenBridge a plus.
• Experience with AutoCAD a plus.
• Background in structural designing preferred.
• Experience designing transportation projects and preparing contract documents per VDOT a plus.
• Experience with other state/local agencies in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic a plus.
• 3D design experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.

We are seeking a CADD Designer to join our Bridge design group in our Richmond, VA office.

Requirements:

• 5 - 10 years of experience required
• High School diploma or State Equivalency Certificate Required.

• Experience with MicroStation required
• Experience with OpenRoads/OpenBridge a plus
• Experience with AutoCAD a plus

The expected hourly compensation range for this position is $50,000.00 - $90,000.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
