Base pay range

$65,600.00/yr - $83,100.00/yr

About The Position

We are searching for a highly motivated Structural Bridge Engineer to join our team in our Cobb County office (alternative locations: Peachtree Corners, GA, Midtown Atlanta, GA, or Jacksonville, FL). In this role, you will support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of transportation projects, focusing on bridge design and structural engineering. The position offers great growth potential, allowing you to further develop your skills while collaborating with experienced senior leadership to coordinate and direct production efforts. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of GDOT and AASHTO design criteria and standards, including LRFD. Proficiency in bridge design software packages such as OpenBridge, MicroStation, and Leap is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will be required to effectively convey information to both technical and non-technical individuals. Additionally, you will engage in and support our internal Quality Control and Quality Assurance Program to ensure project quality and compliance.

Experience And Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• 2+ years of bridge design experience preferred
• Experience with bridge inspections and maintenance preferred
• Professional Engineer, P.E. certification is a plus
• Knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and techniques
• Strong organizational, project, and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
