Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain structural Revit models for all materials through all project phases.
• Interpret drawings and models, coordinating with linked models from other disciplines.
• Produce and update drawing packages in Revit (plans, sections, details, 3D views, schedules).
• Incorporate design changes and address engineer comments; flag issues.
• Follow BIM Execution Plan and company modeling standards; develop BIM workflows.
• Develop, maintain, and improve Revit families, templates, and view settings.
• Manage drawing registers, issue sets, and revision tracking.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings as requested.
