• Create and maintain structural Revit models for all materials through all project phases.
• Interpret drawings and models, coordinating with linked models from other disciplines.
• Produce and update drawing packages within Revit including plans, sections, details, 3D views and schedules.
• Incorporate design changes and flag clashes or missing information to engineers.
• Develop Revit families, templates, and view settings in line with BIM standards.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project teams.
• Manage drawing registers and revision tracking, keeping files organized.
• Apply company detailing standards and BIM execution plan.
• Develop workflows to improve modeling efficiency.
