Job summary

Eppstein Uhen Architects Inc. is seeking a BIM Project Specialist to support structural detailing and multidisciplinary coordination.

You will translate engineering concepts into accurate, constructible models using Revit and related BIM tools, collaborating with engineers and designers to ensure fully coordinated systems. In this role, you will implement EUA standards, contribute to BEPs, and provide training and technical support on BIM processes.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree or certificate in Drafting, BIM, Civil/Structural Technology.
• 3+ years of experience in a structural (or architectural) drafting or BIM role.
• Experience with Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam or similar tools.
• Knowledge of BIM execution plans, model coordination workflows, and LOD requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and revise structural BIM models in Autodesk Revit for various projects.
• Produce structural drawings, details, and schedules for docs.
• Assist structural engineers with model setup, standards, and drawing production.
• Coordinate structural models with architectural, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and address coordination issues.
