Job summary

Olsson Associates is seeking a Designer to join the South Facilities Engineering and Design team in Fayetteville, AR. You will independently perform complex drafting tasks with Revit, collaborating with engineers and project teams to deliver code-compliant drawings.

You will contribute to design concepts, review documentation, and help improve drafting standards while meeting project timelines. This role supports a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment and offers growth and development

Qualifications

• 4+ years of structural drafting/design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM/CAD tools.
• Associate degree in Drafting, Design Technology, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed structural drawings and layouts using Revit.
• Research and apply design concepts to enhance project outcomes.
• Review drawings and maintain project documentation.
• Supervise and support less experienced staff.
• Collaborate with engineers and attend client meetings.
• Help improve drafting standards and team processes.
• Ensure projects meet quality and timeline goals.
