Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC seeks a Senior Structural Designer to join our growing team working on industrial facilities across North America. You’ll develop Revit 3D models, create detailed drawings, and coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, process, and architectural disciplines.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in structural drafting, strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, and a solid grasp of steel and concrete detailing for industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Structural Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of structural drafting and detailing experience.
• Strong experience creating Revit structural models for industrial buildings.
• Experience detailing structural steel and reinforced concrete structures.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of structural detailing practices and construction documentation.
• Experience reviewing fabrication and shop drawings.
• Knowledge of structural steel connections, foundations, and industrial building systems.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting projects in manufacturing, processing, food & beverage, energy, or heavy industrial facilities is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Seeking an experienced Senior Structural Designer to join our growing structural engineering team supporting the design of complex industrial facilities across North America.

This position is ideal for an experienced structural designer with strong expertise in Revit, structural steel detailing, and building design who enjoys working closely with structural engineers to deliver high-quality construction documents for industrial, manufacturing, food & beverage, and energy facilities.

What You’ll Do
