Job summary
Olsson is seeking a Designer for the South Facilities Engineering and Design team to shape structural drawings across healthcare, data centers, education, and commercial projects. You will independently perform complex drafting tasks using Revit and BIM/CAD tools, collaborating with engineers and project teams to deliver code-compliant drawings.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in structural drafting and/or design.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and other BIM/CAD tools.
- Associate degree in Drafting, Design Technology, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of structural detailing, building systems, and construction documentation.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed structural drawings and layouts using Revit.
- Research and apply design concepts to enhance project outcomes.
- Review drawings and maintain project documentation.
- Supervise and support less experienced staff.
- Collaborate with engineers and attend client meetings.
- Help improve drafting standards and team processes.
- Ensure projects meet quality and timeline goals.
