Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilize 3D modeling, specifically Revit, and create families and fully utilize live functions.
• Create conceptual structural models from verbal direction or rough sketches and add standard notes/details.
• Manage and incorporate electronic redlines from the Structural Engineer.
• Own your portion of the structural scope to meet schedule, budget and quality.
• Advance workflows and design automation within the discipline; embrace emerging technologies.
• Ensure conformance with established standards and project delivery processes.
• Provide quality reviews of models and documents prepared by others.
• Support maintenance of BIM/CAD standards.
• Collaborate with BIM/CAD Designers and Engineers as a team.
• Mentor junior designers and delegate when appropriate.
