Job summary

You will own tasks, mentor juniors, and collaborate with engineers to meet project deadlines. The role emphasizes hybrid work, design automation, and advancing workflows while focusing on Federal and expanding private sector projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing Dynamo scripts for Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilize 3D modeling in Revit to create families and models.
• Develop conceptual structural models from direction or sketches.
• Incorporate notes and details for construction documents.
• Manage electronic redlines from Structural Engineer.
• Own your portion of the structural scope to meet deadlines.
• Mentor junior designers and delegate when appropriate.
