Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior BIM Specialist to lead digital delivery for data-center and advanced manufacturing projects. You will actively develop, review, and optimize Revit models, BEPs, and workflows while coordinating with structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil teams.

You will mentor teammates, implement ISO 19650 aligned information management, and drive constructability and model quality in fast-paced environments across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive BIM/design experience on data centers, mission-critical facilities, or complex operations.
• Significant experience with Revit and multidisciplinary coordination; able to lead BIM execution and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior BIM and Digital Delivery leadership for complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Lead BIM standards, BEPs, workflows, and model coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project modeling strategies.
• Coordinate federated multidisciplinary models across structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines.
• Review models and construction documents for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Support field coordination, RFIs, design changes, and shop-drawing coordination.
