Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Structural Assembler to read blueprints and assemble structural components for power distribution and packaged equipment systems.

You will measure, fit, and secure components with hand and power tools, ensuring safety and high-quality workmanship in a manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial electrical work, experience with NEC/UL standards, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three plus years of experience in industrial electrical in a manufacturing environment.
• Three plus years of experience with basic tools (squares, clamps, fillet gauge, angle grinder, conduit bender, etc.).
• Knowledge of NEC codes and general electrical standards is required.
• Experience with QAPs (Quality Assurance Procedures) is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job specifications to determine assembly requirements.
• Measure, mark, cut, fit, and assemble structural components according to drawings and specifications.
• Assemble structural frames, bases, platforms, supports, and other components for equipment and electrical systems.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and report defects or discrepancies.
