Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Structural Assembler to read blueprints, measure and assemble structural components for power distribution and packaged equipment systems. The role involves working with steel, using hand and power tools, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in structural assembly or fabrication, can read industrial drawings, and work well in a team. US work authorization is required, with potential for growth and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand blueprints/drawings.
• English language literacy for instructions and safety.
• Experience in structural assembly or similar hands-on trades is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and determine assembly requirements.
• Measure, mark, cut, fit and assemble structural components.
• Assemble frames, bases, platforms, and supports.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies.
• Verify dimensions and quality of finished work.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.
