Job summary

MAKO OILFIELD SERVICES LLC in Sugar Land, TX is seeking structural welders for the day shift in our fabrication shop. You will perform MIG (downhill) and Flux Core welds, including vertical and overhead open root joints, and must pass 3G and 4G tests.

Typical schedule is Mon-Fri 6:00 am to 4:30 pm with potential Saturdays and 40-50 hours per week; biweekly pay and flexible hours depending on production.

Qualifications

• Must pass welding test(s) at shop; coupons sent for lab qualification report.
• Experience with MIG (downhill) and Flux Core welding.
• Knowledge of vertical and overhead open root welds.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural welds in a fabrication shop setting.
• Complete 3G and 4G tests; maintain welding quality.
• Work 40–50 hours per week with flexibility for production and Saturdays.

• Pass a 3G and 4G test

• Vertical and Overhead - Open Root
• Working 40-50 hours a week- need to be flexible for hours may increase according to production.
• Monday thru Friday 6 am to 4:30 pm (Depends on Production, flexibility to work Saturday)
