Job summary

STRUCTURAL's Building Envelope & Facade Restoration team in Southern California seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts from Garden Grove office, covering LA & San Diego regions.

You will build relationships with owners, managers, engineers, and contractors, pursue new opportunities, collaborate with engineering and estimating teams, and drive growth through proposals and strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development or sales experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow client relationships.
• Experience selling specialty construction services, restoration solutions, or related technical products/services.
• Strong network within the Southern California commercial construction market.
• Familiarity with engineers, architects, building owners, property managers, and general contractors.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Construction restoration or building envelope experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout Southern California (70–80%).

Responsibilities

Job Description

This position is based out of our Garden Grove office and works closely with the New York Building Envelope team. We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead business development efforts throughout Southern California.

Salary

$131,000 – $161,000 (commensurate with experience)
