Job summary

Aspiranet is seeking a Program Supervisor for our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) in Turlock, CA. This on-site leadership role oversees a girl cottage up to four youths, guiding Therapeutic Youth Counselors and coordinating with Behavioral Health and Social Work teams to provide trauma-informed care.

The role emphasizes structured, caring, and compliant operations across cottages, with a focus on safety, culture, and outcomes in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral science and 2+ years as a social worker in a children-focused agency.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years admin/supervisory experience over social work staff.
• Two years at an accredited college plus 5 years admin/supervisory experience over social work staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Therapeutic Youth Counselors.
• Lead scheduling, training engagement, and performance feedback.
• Foster a positive, accountable team culture.
• Model trauma-informed leadership and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and agency standards.
