Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• No experience required for PRN; 1 year ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments including data collection of physical, psychosocial and health history.
• Evaluates developmental age to tailor assessments, treatments and education.
• Organizes data into plan of care and identifies outcomes; implements plan to achieve goals.
• Oversees ancillary and support team members in care delivery.
• Documents patient care and concerns in the medical record.
