HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville seeks an RN Quality Stroke Coordinator to oversee the Stroke Program in collaboration with the Stroke Medical Director. You will lead monthly meetings, drive data-driven quality improvements, and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to enhance outcomes.

This role requires an RN license, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 3–5 years of experience, and ICU or ED experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• RN licensed as registered nurse.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Strongly prefer ICU or ED experience.

Mansioni

• Coordinate, maintain and grow the Stroke Program with interdisciplinary staff.
• Lead monthly Stroke Program meetings to review outcomes and policies.
• Provide leadership to enhance the Stroke Program through education.
• Coordinate process-improvement activities across departments.
• Track, report and submit Stroke data to Quality Department and benchmarking agencies.
• Consult with healthcare team and patients during hospitalization.
• Develop patient teaching materials and staff development resources.
