Halifax Health is seeking a Stroke Program Manager / Nurse Leader to plan, organize and direct daily patient care in the Stroke Program within the Florida Nurse Practice Act framework. The role reports to the Department Director and drives service excellence, quality outcomes and clinical standards across nursing staff.

With required BSN and FL licensure, the candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Requires BSN and current Florida nursing license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred where applicable.
• Demonstrates effective leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily patient care for the Stroke Program.
• Supervise nurses, LPNs, and support staff; ensure staffing and assignments.
• Collaborate with department leadership to meet care standards and regulatory requirements.
