Job summary

Grady Health System in Atlanta, GA seeks a Nurse Stroke Navigator to educate patients and coordinate care among patients, physicians, and referrals. The role supports program development, materials creation, and ongoing monitoring to achieve program goals and patient satisfaction.

RN license in Georgia is required, BSN is required, and BLS is necessary. SCRN preferred, with neuroscience experience viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• BSN in Nursing is required and active RN license in Georgia.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Scrn certification preferred; neuroscience experience is a plus.
