Bryan Health in Lincoln, NE seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to monitor clinical performance related to stroke patients and to educate staff on stroke care. The role ensures regulatory compliance and improves patient outcomes across the care continuum.
The ideal candidate holds Nebraska RN licensure (or compact state), a BSN preferred, CPR/BLS certification, and at least two years of direct patient experience, with prior stroke care experience a plus.
Responsible for monitoring clinical performance related to stroke patients and responsible for staff education as it pertains to stroke care. Responsible for assuring compliance as it related to regulatory requirements.
Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Nebraska or approved compact state of residence as defined by the Nebraska Nurse Practice Act. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and participation in progressive education or certification in area of expertise preferred. Minimum of two (2) years direct patient experience required. Prior experience with stroke patient population preferred.
Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required. Bryan Health recognizes American Heart Association (for healthcare professionals), American Red Cross (for healthcare professionals) and the Military Training Network.
