Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking an RN Stroke Program Coordinator to lead the stroke program and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care across the hospital. This full-time role requires clinical leadership and collaboration with physicians, nursing, therapy, and case management.

Responsibilities include coordinating care across the continuum, developing clinical pathways, monitoring accreditation, and guiding staff education to improve outcomes in ischemic, hemorrhagic, and TIAs.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure required.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Preferred 3 years+ of RN Neuro/Stroke related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the stroke program and provide clinical and administrative leadership.
• Coordinate operations and clinical processes to ensure quality patient care.
• Develop standards of care and clinical pathways for stroke patients.
• Monitor regulatory accreditation and collect data for benchmarks.
