Job summary
Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is hiring an RN Stroke Program Coordinator to lead the stroke program with clinical and administrative responsibilities in the care continuum. Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN licensure required.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA) required.
- Preferred 3 years + of RN Neuro/Stroke related experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the stroke program with clinical and administrative leadership.
- Coordinate operations and processes to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Assist in goal setting for the program to ensure patient-focused care and efficiency.
- Maintain stroke program regulatory accreditation and data for benchmark targets.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, case management, and rehab teams to provide care across the continuum.
- Support staff education and development for continual learning.
