Qualifications
- Active New Jersey RN license in good standing
- BLS certification current
- Stroke Certification within 1 year of hire
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required
- Experience with EMR systems (EPIC) preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate care during code strokes and stroke events.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and health professionals to advance stroke practices.
- Plan, organize, and direct Stroke Center services in alignment with hospital goals.
- Complete stroke measures data abstraction for DNV accreditation and NJ certification.
- Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and documentation accuracy.
