Alpha Paving Industries is currently accepting applications for a full-time Striping Foreman to join our striping team. We are seeking candidates who are strong leaders, punctual, dependable, team-oriented, safety-conscious, and hardworking. A Striping Foreman is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the striping crew on construction projects, including supervising workers, ensuring quality standards are met, managing equipment, scheduling tasks, and maintaining safety protocols while striping parking lots or other surfaces. The role often involves close collaboration with project managers to meet project deadlines and specifications.
