We are seeking a skilled Paint Truck Foreman to join our dynamic team. Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, DOT Drug Screen, and motor vehicle record (MVR).

FLSA: Non-Exempt (Hourly) Pay: Based on Experience

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the paint truck team, providing clear direction and support
• Ensure all paint truck operations comply with safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate daily assignments and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines
• Perform inspections of paint trucks and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during operations
• Maintain documentation of daily activities, including material usage and work hours
• Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities
• Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to provide updates and address concerns
• Assist in the setup and operation of specialized paint equipment
• Plan and oversee paint schedules based on work requirements and weather conditions

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in road striping or related field
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of paint materials and application techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Valid driver's license is required
• Must be able to pass a background check

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to work in loud environments and wear necessary safety gear

Availability:

• Monday - Friday
• Weekend availability may be required
• Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting work
• Willing to travel to various job sites as needed
