Role Description

The Striper role is a full-time, on-site position based in San Diego, CA. This team member is responsible for applying pavement markings such as lines, arrows, symbols, and parking lot layouts according to project specifications and safety standards. Daily tasks include preparing work areas, loading and unloading striping equipment and materials, setting up traffic control as needed, and operating striping machinery and hand tools. The Striper measures and lays out patterns, ensures accurate and clean application of paint or thermoplastic materials, and performs basic maintenance and cleanup of tools and equipment. The role also involves working closely with crew members, following all safety guidelines, and adjusting to changing job site conditions and schedules.
