Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of pavement striping and layout experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain striping equipment for markings on parking lots, roadways, and other asphalt surfaces.
• Prepare, pre-mark, and clean job sites to ensure proper execution of projects.
• Layout and install pavement markings per project specifications and industry standards.
• Accurately calculate field measurements from engineered plans or satellite imagery.
• Work efficiently under time-sensitive and high-pressure conditions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain striping equipment for marking parking lots, roadways, and other asphalt surfaces.
• Handle moderate lifting of equipment and supplies.
• Prepare, pre-mark, and clean job sites to ensure proper execution of projects.
• Layout and install pavement markings on roadways, parking lots, and athletic courts according to project specifications and industry standards.
• Accurately calculate field measurements using engineered plans and/or satellite imagery.
• Perform duties efficiently under time-sensitive and high-pressure conditions.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last five years).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform job tasks, including sitting, standing, walking, climbing, reaching, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied temperatures and weather conditions.
