Job summary

Heliene, Inc. is seeking a Stringer Operator in Rogers, Minnesota. This full-time, non-exempt hourly position supports the Operations team on a 12-hour rotating shift (4 days on/off). Base wage is $23.50/hour with a night differential; compensation ranges to $26.00/hour and includes benefits and a 401(k).

The role involves loading cells, operating the stringer machine, and performing daily/2‑hour cleanings. Candidates must meet safety standards and be able to lift 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Prefers candidates with demonstrated technical capabilities and manufacturing experience.
• Experience with HMI interfaces is an asset.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Operate stringer machine and load cells into stringer machines.
• Start and stop automatic operation.
• Perform ribbon changes and two-hour cleanings.
• Conduct daily cleanings and track downtime/cell usage.
• Understand EL images and make quick decisions.
• Troubleshoot equipment and use diagnostics to minimize downtime.
• Maintain quality and production standards.
• Work safely with the production team and keep area clean.
