Job summary

Heliene is seeking a Float Relief Operator in Rogers, Minnesota to support continuous 24/7 solar module production. The role provides backfill across multiple positions, trains new hires, and helps maintain production and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, good communication and teamwork, and the ability to follow established processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred; entry-level with technical aptitude considered.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to train others using established processes.
• Troubleshooting skills to maintain production and quality standards.
• Comfortable using iPads and basic computer applications.
• Soldering experience preferred, training available.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team of operators.
• Train, mentor, and support new and existing employees.
• Learn and perform all positions on the production floor (excluding Stringer).
• Become an expert in using the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Report defective materials or quality concerns to the Line Supervisor.
• Repair solar modules following quality standards and criteria.
• Perform soldering repairs on solar cells with proper techniques.
• Handle cells and strings carefully using established methods.
• Conduct quality checks and testing at all production stages.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
• Feed raw materials into semi-automated machinery.
• Operate and monitor HMI systems to control equipment.
• Communicate line issues to the Line Supervisor.
• Follow health and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
