Job summary

Jinko Solar Co. is seeking an experienced Stringer OJT (On the Job Trainer) to train new hires on Stringer operations and related duties. You will work closely with production engineers to develop and deliver training materials, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

As a SME, you will coach trainees using the 5-D method, monitor progress, and coordinate testing and observation periods. A strong emphasis on clear communication and consistency in training will be essential to meet daily

Qualifications

• High school education equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills with strong English proficiency.
• Positive attitude with empathetic approach to training and coaching.
• Subject matter expert capable of demonstrating technical mastery and KPI performance.
• Structured, consistent training process with clear objectives and progressions.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires on operation of assigned workstation and duties.
• Assist in developing and delivering training materials with production engineers.
• Conduct training using the 5-D method: Describe, Demonstrate, Do, Double-Check, Document.
• Track new hire progress and ensure training milestones are met to target shift performance.
• Provide coverage for vacancies to support production goals and reduce downtime.
