Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Part-time Stretch Practitioner to support our client base with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques. You will contribute to a welcoming, energy-filled environment and help clients achieve their wellness goals.

New hires undergo a week-long training and certification process. This role offers weekend and mid-day/evening availability at our Mandeville location, with opportunities for advancement within a high-energy team.

Job Summary

The practitioner’s role is to provide the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques and to create a long-term customer loyalty-focused environment.

This mindset helps us provide the very best service and atmosphere for all our guests.

Currently, we are seeking PART-TIME Stretch Practitioners with weekend and mid-day/evening availability at our growing Mandeville location to help with extended store hours. We want energetic, wellness-minded stretch practitioners to join our team! If selected, all new hires must pass a week of training where you will learn and test out on our modalities. When you work as one of our certified stretch practitioners, you offer clients a comfortable, effective experience that boosts energy, enhances mental clarity, and improves overall wellness.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Maintain a personal commitment to meeting the needs of customers
• Comply with the scheduling as directed by the Regional Manager, targeting a minimum of 25 sessions per week after training
• Always maintain a positive attitude when working with clients
• Dress professionally according to the current dress code highlighted in the company handbook.
• Contribute to the team environment
• Clock in and out as required in the handbook
• Other duties as assigned

Required knowledge skills and abilities

• Must be able to manage time effectively
• Must be proficient in Stretch Zone techniques, processes and procedures
• Must be able to efficiently service and maintain a client base

As a Stretch Zone Stretch Practitioner, you will also be expected to

• Provide our client base with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques.
• Serve clients, as well as maintains and reinforces the culture of Stretch Zone in all activities. Our clients are given an individualized program that suits their specific needs.
• Keep clients on schedule with their programs.
• All team members clean and maintain the store.
• Partner with the management team and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and comfortable atmosphere for all clients.

Health, Wellness and Fitness Professionals Compensation

• $18/per hour base pay + performance based commission on first time client sessions resulting in a membership.
