Stretch Zone is seeking a PART-TIME Stretch Practitioner at our Mandeville location to provide exceptional customer service and assisted stretching. Training will be provided; you will deliver a life-changing stretch experience in a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates are wellness-minded, energetic, and committed to helping clients improve their energy and overall wellbeing. Flexible weekend hours and mid-day/evening shifts are required.

Job Summary

The practitioner’s role is to provide the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques and to create a long‑term customer loyalty‑focused environment.

The duties of a practitioner include maintaining and reinforcing the culture of Stretch Zone. At Stretch Zone, we work as a team. All team members are expected to clean and maintain the store. This mindset helps us provide the very best service and atmosphere for all our guests.

Currently, we are seeking PART‑TIME Stretch Practitioners with weekend and mid‑day/evening availability at our growing Mandeville location to help with extended store hours. We want energetic, wellness‑minded stretch practitioners to join our team!

If selected, all new hires must pass a week of training where you will learn and test out on our modalities. When you work as one of our certified stretch practitioners, you offer clients a comfortable, effective experience that boosts energy, enhances mental clarity, and improves overall wellness.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Maintain a personal commitment to meeting the needs of customers
• Comply with the scheduling as directed by the Regional Manager, targeting a minimum of 25 sessions per week after training
• Always maintain a positive attitude when working with clients
• Dress professionally according to the current dress code highlighted in the company handbook.
• Contribute to the team environment
• Clock in and out as required in the handbook
• Other duties as assigned

As a Stretch Zone Stretch Practitioner, you will also be expected to

• Provide our client base with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques.
• Serve clients, as well as maintains and reinforces the culture of Stretch Zone in all activities. Our clients are given an individualized program that suits their specific needs.
• Keep clients on schedule with their programs.
• All team members clean and maintain the store.
• Partner with the management team and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and comfortable atmosphere for all clients.

Health, Wellness and Fitness Professionals Compensation

• $16/per hour base pay + performance based commission on first time client sessions resulting in a membership.
