Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated Stretch Manager to lead on-floor sessions, generate appointments, and build a team of trainers focused on mobility through assisted stretches. You will set the tone in the club, drive sales, and foster member relationships to grow program adoption.

The role blends sales with service, requiring strong communication, a fitness background, and a passion for helping members achieve mobility goals. Competitive pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
• Access and operate the Company computer system including preparing documents, entering data into computer system, read reports from a computer data base or email system.
• Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through marketing and networking.
• Implement the sales process to convert requests for information into paying customers.
• Manage stretch staff schedule.
• Teaching other fitness professionals how to perform individual assisted stretches and develop an entire program based on an individual's specific assessment.
