Responsibilities

• 25% Performance Training: Assists the director and assistant strength coaches with performance training workouts
• 25% Facility Operations: Assists to ensure facility is properly maintained and addresses maintenance issues that arise
• 50% Strength Conditioning Assistance: Assists with the daily set up and break down of the needed equipment for strength and conditioning sessions
