Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Takes and tracks attendance for lifts, running sessions, and other S&C activities.
• Assists in gathering and organizing S&C data and related tech.
• Helps implement football strength and conditioning programs when staff is unavailable.
• Monitors the weight room during practice, travel, and meetings.
• Assists with rehabilitative and return-to-play programs.
• Maintains current knowledge by reviewing literature and attending conferences.
• Assists internship coordinator with interviews and supervision of interns.
• Manages weight room cleaning schedule and equipment maintenance.
• Performs duties as directed by the Head Strength Coach.
• Maintains compliance with NCAA/ACC and department policies.
