Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking an energetic Strength & Conditioning Instructor to join our corporate fitness team in St. Paul, Minnesota.

You will lead one strength and conditioning session per week in a professional corporate environment, designing safe workouts to help participants build strength, endurance and overall fitness. Responsibilities include delivering engaging group classes such as Boot Camp, HIIT and Strength & Conditioning, while ensuring safety and proper form.

Qualifications

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NCCA or other nationally accredited cert.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

About The Role

HealthFitness is looking for an energetic Strength & Conditioning Instructor to join the fitness team at our new corporate client site in St. Paul, Minnesota!

This role includes leading one strength and conditioning session per week and is ideal for instructors looking for a consistent, rewarding opportunity in a professional corporate environment. We’re seeking passionate fitness professionals with experience designing and coaching safe, effective workouts that help participants build strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall fitness.

• 1 session per week during operating hours (Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. Compensation: $45 - $50/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
