Job summary

Essentia Health is expanding its athletic performance services with a new retail location at Elite West Duluth. As a Strength and Conditioning Coach, you will develop science-based training programs for athletes of all levels and lead group sessions to help them achieve performance goals.

You will design year-round programs, communicate progress to athletes and guardians, and actively market services within the community, while maintaining safety and high-quality standards in a flexible, PRN

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science required.
• Preferred experience with youth athletes in strength and conditioning.
• Interest in weight training; past athletic involvement is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strength and conditioning programs for individual athletes and groups.
• Design and supervise programs throughout the year and across seasons.
• Instruct and oversee individual and group performance sessions.
• Coordinate training schedules for individuals and teams.
• Market athletic performance services within the community.
• Track athlete progress to ensure safety and quality of program.
