Job summary

IUSCA seeks a Level 6 accredited strength and conditioning practitioner to lead the physical performance programme for a new Los Angeles professional women's volleyball franchise. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, a recognised S&C credential, and a minimum of three years of experience. Salary range discussed with IUSCA alignment for the role.

This role aligns with IQF Level 6 because it holds autonomous responsibility for building and delivering the physical performance programme for a new professional women's volleyball franchise. Duties include individual and team periodisation, performance testing, workload and recovery monitoring, return-to-performance progression, player education and integration with the medical team. A relevant bachelor's degree, recognised S&C credential and at least three years of experience are required.
