Job summary

SNIPES USA is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the store’s appearance and stock levels. You will engage customers, process transactions, and participate in promotions to drive sales.

The role requires a candidate who can stand for long periods, lift 15-30 pounds, and work weekends/holidays. This is a frontline retail position in a fast-paced streetwear environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed established goals including sales, hourly productivity, and other brand KPI’s.
• Actively participate in contests, promotions and sales incentives.
• Maintain knowledge of selling skills and customer service standards per training.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers with a friendly attitude and professional service.
• Meet store appearance, product knowledge, and operations standards.
• Assist store management to keep sales floor and stock area clean and organized.
• Follow visual merchandising standards and keep displays updated.
• Assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with markdowns and deadlines.
