Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed established goals including sales, productivity, and KPI targets.
• Participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs.
• Maintain selling skills and customer service standards from training.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers with a friendly attitude.
• Answer the telephone in a friendly and professional manner.
• Meet store appearance, product knowledge, and operations standards.
• Assist store management to keep the sales floor and stock area organized.
• Follow visual merchandising standards and keep displays well stocked.
