Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales and store KPI targets.
• Participate in promotions and sales contests.
• Demonstrate selling skills and customer service standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and greet them professionally.
• Meet store appearance, product knowledge, and operations standards.
• Assist management to maintain the sales floor and stock areas.
• Follow visual merchandising standards and keep displays tidy.
• Assist with markdowns in a timely and accurate manner.
• Adhere to security policies and prevent loss through vigilant service.
• Monitor for potential shortages and report issues promptly.
